The coat received does not fit or are you unsure whether you have chosen the right size? Don't worry, we are here to help you.
We will gladly exchange an item that is not within 15 days of the date of receipt provided that it has not been worn outside and let it be in its original condition.
Please note: a $25 fee applies* for the return transport of items.
In the event that we do not have a matching coat in another size or color that you desire, we will provide a credit note.
To exchange an item, please send an email to echanges@zepooch.com with the following information:
- Order number
- Breed of your dog
- Its measurements as specified in the size chart
- His weight
- Photos of your dog with the coat received if possible
No refunds are possible, except in the following situations:
- When swapping size. We will refund the price difference between the two sizes if it turns out that your dog requires a smaller size than the one you ordered. It is possible to apply the refund amount to pay for the exchange fee.
*Only for Quebec and Ontario customers. For out-of-province or international customers, contact us to establish the most advantageous option available.
