Delivery times are not guaranteed and may be subject to delays beyond our control.

Orders shipped outside of Canada may be subject to the duties and taxes of your country when the item arrives at its destination. The delivery agent will collect these charges upon delivery of your order. We do our best to avoid these charges; however, we are unable to guarantee that charges will not be charged by your country upon arrival. Very rarely, international orders can be detained by customs in the country of destination. We do our best to avoid these delays; However, this is beyond our control and we cannot be held responsible for any delays due to delays in processing at international customs.
