Exchange Policy – Simple & Personalized

At ZePooch, our priority is that your dog feels comfortable, well protected, and stylish in their coat. If the size or model isn’t quite right, we offer a simple, guided, and personalized exchange service.

👉 No refunds. Exchanges only.

Exchange Conditions

  • The exchange request must be made within 15 days of delivery.
  • The coat must be:
    • in its original condition
    • not worn outdoors
    • clean, free of hair, and odorless
  • Coats returned that do not meet these conditions will not be eligible for exchange.

Exchange Fees (round-trip shipping)

  • Quebec: $25
  • Other provinces: $30
  • Remote areas: additional fees may apply (you will be informed if applicable)
  • United States: according to international shipping rates

Exchange Process

  1. Submit your exchange request:
  2. Once your request is received, we will contact you to discuss the available options:
    • size change
    • model
    • or color
  3. You will then receive an email including:
    • a return shipping label
    • detailed instructions
  4. Simply drop off the package at a nearby drop-off location (based on the selected carrier).

Other Options

  • In-person exchange at our workshop: 👉 No fee (please contact us in advance)
  • For other provinces or the United States, fees may be adjusted if necessary (you will always be informed beforehand).

Important Information

  • No refunds are offered.
  • If there is a price difference between exchanged products:
    • an adjustment will be charged
    • or a store credit will be issued if the selected item is unavailable
