Choosing the right size and model

I understand that it can be difficult to choose a coat for a dog. Although I would love to be able to advise all my customers individually on size selection, model, etc., my current “small business” resources do not allow me to offer this service in order to meet demand.

Note that I offer the possibility of stopping by our workshop to try our different models on your dog. However, please consult our Business hours before you travel.

In case you order the incorrect size...

If it turns out that the size you ordered does not fit, you are unsure the coat you received fits well or you prefer to change the model, I will be happy to check the size with you and/or to exchange it (see procedure above).

If you are not able to come to the workshop to make the exchange, I only charge the transportation costs for “round trip” of the items, i.e. $25+tx.

I do not offer refunds except for the difference when the new model is less expensive than the one originally purchased, which is why it is important to verify that our coats are suitable for the breed of your dog.

ÉTAPE 1 – IMPORTANT! Déterminer si nos manteaux conviennent à votre chien

Nos manteaux ne conviennent pas à toutes les races du type, à pattes plus courtes, poitrine forte, cou très court telles Bulldogue francais, Teckel, Shitzhu, etc. Je vous invite donc à visionner ma vidéo sur la morphologie de votre chien pour mieux comprendre comment déterminer si nos manteaux conviennent à votre chien.

Ma vidéo l'âge de votre chien explique pourquoi il est important d’attendre la fin de la croissance de votre chien. Je sais… c’est « plate » mais c’est moins « plate » que d’avoir un manteau qui ne tient pas en place ou que votre chien se blesse.

ÉTAPE 2 – Mesurer votre chien et choisir la taille

Après avoir déterminé que nos manteaux conviennent à la race de votre chien, il suffit de prendre les mesures et de se référer à la charte selon la chacune du modèle que vous voulez.
