Treatment delays

Current deadlines (updated Feb, 23 2023): 2-3 weeks

In the event of situations beyond our control (such as Covid), delays may be longer. Rest assured that we are taking every step to ship orders as quickly as possible and thank you for your patience.

Shipping - Transit
We ship all our items with a Purolator express service. Transit usually takes 2 days for shipments to Quebec and Ontario and up to 5 days for other provinces.

Delivery times are not guaranteed. Any delays are beyond our control.

 

We accept exchanges for another size within 15 days of the date of receipt provided that it is has not been worn outside and let it be in its original condition.

A  $25 fee appliest* for the return transport of items if it is not possible for you to go to our workshop in St-Eustache.

If you are not sure if the size is suitable for your dog, email us pictures at the following address: contact@zepooch.com and it will be our pleasure to help you.In the event that we do not have a matching coat in another size or color you require, we will issue a credit note.

No refund is possible, except in the following situations:

• When exchanging size. We will refund the price difference between the two sizes if your dog needs a size smaller than you ordered. It is possible to apply the refund amount to pay the exchange fee.

*Only for Quebec and Ontario customers. For out-of-province or international customers, contact us to establish the most advantageous option available.

 

We do not warrant our coats against damage from normal or prolonged wear, improper care, owner negligence, bickering between dogs, chewing, snags or tears. Resulting damage is not considered a defect in materials or workmanship and does not reflect poor product quality.

Branches, fences, rolling on the pavement or gravel, the teeth of their companions, etc. are all things that can damage any high-end dog or human clothing.
